Your first delivery will arrive within 2-3 business days of placing your subscription order. After that, your flowers will be delivered on your chosen schedule — weekly or monthly — on the same day each period. We'll send you a notification the day before each delivery so you can plan accordingly.
Absolutely! We love working with our subscribers to create their perfect arrangement. You can set your color preferences, specify any flowers you'd like included or avoided, and even choose a particular style — whether that's romantic, modern, rustic, or classic. Just let us know when you sign up, and you can update your preferences anytime through your subscriber dashboard or by contacting us directly.
No worries at all. Our delivery team will leave your flowers in a secure, weather-appropriate location at your door. We'll leave a card letting you know where they are. You can also provide delivery instructions in your account settings — such as leaving them with a neighbor, in a porch box, or at a reception desk. For Signature and Grand subscribers, we offer timed delivery windows so you can plan ahead.
Of course. We believe in our service enough that we never lock you in. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by giving us a call. If you pause, your subscription picks up right where you left off whenever you're ready. We do ask for at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery to make any changes.
