For weekday deliveries, place your order before 1:00 PM for same-day delivery within your selected time window. On Saturdays, the cutoff is 11:00 AM. Sunday same-day delivery is available for Zone 1 and Zone 2 only, with a 10:00 AM cutoff. During peak holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the cutoff moves earlier — check the holiday schedule above.

We deliver across four zones covering the entire metro area, from downtown to outer suburbs within a 50-mile radius of our shop. Zone 1 covers 0–5 miles (downtown and immediate surrounds), and Zone 4 extends up to 50 miles. You can check delivery availability by entering your zip code at checkout. If your address falls outside our zones, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom delivery.

Every arrangement is finished with a water-soaked floral foam base and wrapped in our protective packaging. Our delivery vehicles are climate-controlled and fitted with hydration stations to keep your flowers at the ideal temperature and humidity. For longer-distance Zone 3 and 4 deliveries, we add extra insulation and fresh water tubes to ensure blooms arrive looking their best.

Our delivery drivers follow the recipient's delivery instructions. If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location (porch, reception desk, or with a neighbor if permitted). We'll send you a photo confirmation of where it was placed. If the location is unsafe, we'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery at no extra charge within the same delivery day.

You can select one of three time windows at checkout: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. While we can't guarantee an exact hour, we commit to delivering within your chosen window. For weddings and events, we offer guaranteed 30-minute delivery windows — just select "Event Delivery" at checkout or contact us directly to schedule.

Yes! Orders over $75 include free next-day delivery within Zone 1 and Zone 2. Orders over $120 qualify for free next-day delivery in all zones. Subscription members receive free standard delivery on every order regardless of order value. Same-day delivery always has a small express fee.

We take great care in handling every arrangement, but if anything isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll either send a replacement bouquet at no charge or issue a full refund for the flowers and delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind every arrangement we send out.

Absolutely. We deliver to hospitals, corporate offices, hotels, event venues, and residential addresses. For hospital deliveries, please include the patient's name, room number, and any visiting restrictions in the delivery instructions. For office deliveries, we include the recipient's department or suite number. We'll work with front desk staff to ensure your arrangement reaches the right person.
